Wild Atlantic Way.

1 min read

Last weekend we had a couple of friends over from London who flew to Ireland for a weekend of cycling. In February ? We know.. it was a brave move. We've had nothing but grey skies and high winds this winter so far so we were very worried what this weekend is going to turn out like.... We woke up on Saturday, checked the weather app and it said sunny for most part of the day! We packed up our bikes quickly, shoved them into the Van Betsy and drove to Kinvarra, from where we started our 100km wild atlantic way loop towards the Cliffs of Moher. The 4 of us stopped quite frequently to take photos, as the scenery was quite breathtaking! We can only image what the rest of the Wild Atlantic way could bring. Here are some snaps from our ride. If you're thinking of a trip to Ireland - do it! just do it in Spring/Summer so you don't have to worry about the weather so much..
*Warning - Nice bikes and amazing gear alert! Rapha vs Svelte and a lot of Canyon......
**And before you say it... No, we're not wearing helmets. It felt like there wasn't a single soul around so we decided to leave them behind and enjoy the freedom!
